Sindh Announces Summer Vacations for Schools

The Sindh government has announced summer vacations for schools across the province.

According to the Sindh Education Department, summer holidays in schools will begin from June 1 and continue until July 31. Officials said the decision will apply to all public and private schools across Sindh.

The announcement comes amid rising temperatures and ongoing heatwave conditions in several parts of the country.

Meanwhile, the Punjab government has also announced summer vacations for schools.

Punjab Minister for School Education Rana Sikandar Hayat said schools in the province will close from May 22, while educational institutions will reopen on August 24 after the summer break.
