Higher Education Commission has introduced a fully online and paperless Degree Attestation System (DAS), allowing students and graduates across Pakistan to apply for degree attestation without visiting HEC offices.

Successful applicants receive confirmation through SMS and email. They can then download the e-Attestation Certificate directly from their HEC online account.
HEC Chairman Niaz Ahmed Akhtar said the new digital system eliminates the need for physical visits and submission of original documents, making the attestation process faster, easier, and more accessible for students nationwide.
