Treet Battery Limited (PSX: TBL) has launched a new lithium ion battery product line under the brand name “Lithion NeoPower,” marking the company’s entry into advanced energy storage solutions and lithium battery technologies.
According to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the new product line is part of the company’s strategy to expand its portfolio through innovation, product diversification, and future ready energy storage solutions.
The Lithion NeoPower range includes residential energy storage systems and lead acid replacement series designed for residential and commercial applications.
The company said the residential energy storage systems integrate rooftop solar, hybrid inverter technology, battery storage, and intelligent energy management systems to improve energy efficiency and reliability.
Meanwhile, the lead acid replacement series is designed to replace conventional lead acid batteries with lithium based alternatives offering longer cycle life, improved reliability, and better energy efficiency through advanced battery management systems.
Treet Battery stated that the launch complements its existing battery business and is expected to strengthen its position in the growing market for reliable and efficient energy storage solutions.
The move comes as demand for lithium ion battery systems continues to rise in Pakistan due to increasing adoption of solar power systems, rising electricity costs, and growing interest in backup energy storage solutions for homes and businesses.
Pakistan’s solar and energy storage market has expanded rapidly over the past two years as consumers and industries increasingly shift toward alternative energy solutions to manage high power tariffs and frequent electricity supply challenges.
