The Islamabad High Court (IHC) and subordinate courts will remain closed from May 26 to 28 for Eid al-Adha holidays, according to an official notification issued by the court administration.
The notification was issued by the registrar of the Islamabad High Court after approval from the chief justice.
According to the announcement, court proceedings will remain suspended from Tuesday, May 26, to Thursday, May 28.
Meanwhile, under the ongoing austerity campaign, there will also be no judicial work from Friday to Sunday. This will extend the closure period for courts beyond the Eid holidays.
