Iran Could Start Bombing All US Bases in Gulf After Trump Violates Ceasefire Again

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatullah Mojtaba Khamenei has issued a strong warning to the United States that its bases in the Gulf are no longer safe after President Donald Trump violated the ceasefire again, reported Al-Jazeera.

In a message shared on Telegram and Twitter, he said regional states would no longer act as a shield for US military bases. He said the United States would lose the safe operating space in the Middle East.

He stated that conditions in the region have changed and would not return to the past. Any level of cover or logistical protection for US military installations will no longer be accepted in the region.

The comments come at a sensitive moment after the United States suddenly violated its own ceasefire terms by bombing the southern region of Iran.

Mojtaba’s statement also marks one of his strongest public warnings since assuming charge as Supreme Leader after his father Ayatullah Ali Khamenei was martyred in US-Israel airstrikes a few months back.

Mojtaba Khamenei has not yet made any public appearances since taking over leadership but has assumed charge to largely govern Iran’s foreign policy as a wartime economy.
