The United Nations has reportedly added Israeli and Russian security forces to its blacklist following allegations related to sexual violence, according to international media reports.

UN Secretary-General António Guterres had previously warned in August last year that both Israeli and Russian forces could be placed on the list if credible evidence of violations continued to emerge.
