Twelve properties owned by Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) both at home and overseas will be handed over to the new owners as part of the ongoing privatization process.
The assets form part of the government’s restructuring and divestment program aimed at reducing PIA’s financial burden and streamlining its operations.
The portfolio includes several high-value international properties in the United States, the Netherlands, and India, alongside key commercial offices in major Pakistani cities.
Among overseas assets, a residential property in the United States has been valued at $1.935 million. In the Netherlands, PIA’s Amsterdam sales office is valued at €2.105 million, while the residence of the country manager carries a valuation of €767,000.
In India, a residential property is valued at Rs. 112.5 million, while the airline’s New Delhi sales office is worth over Rs. 121.9 million.
Within Pakistan, the package includes some of the airline’s most significant real estate holdings. The Islamabad sales office is valued at Rs. 2.68 billion, while the Rawalpindi booking office stands at Rs. 2.55 billion.
The Peshawar sales office is assessed at Rs. 5.56 billion, making it one of the highest-valued properties in the set.
The Quetta sales office is valued at approximately Rs. 916 million.
