Pakistan will begin registration for Hajj 2027 on June 22, 2026, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has announced.
The registration process will follow guidelines and instructions issued by Saudi authorities. Applicants will be able to register online through the ministry’s official Hajj portal at hajj.mora.gov.pk.
Pilgrims will need to create personal accounts and submit their own details, along with information about other members of their group.
The ministry has advised applicants to form groups consisting only of family members.
A passport will not be required during the initial registration stage. However, applicants must hold a valid passport when the Hajj booking process begins. The passport must remain valid until at least November 16, 2027.
The ministry said only registered individuals will be allowed to book Hajj 2027. Applicants will later be able to choose between the government and private Hajj schemes.
Overseas Pakistanis planning to perform Hajj will also be allowed to complete the registration process. The ministry will not charge any registration fee.
Meanwhile, the government will announce the final Hajj package cost, booking schedule and other terms under the Hajj Policy 2027. Booking will take place on a first-come, first-served basis and will remain open until Pakistan’s allocated quota is filled.
Applicants can obtain further information through the ministry’s official website, social media platforms or helpline numbers: 051-9216980, 051-9216981, 051-9216982 and 051-9205696.
