Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 6 could allow players to connect their Spotify accounts and stream personal playlists while driving, according to recent reports.
The rumored feature would let players replace traditional in-game radio stations with their own Spotify libraries, making drives across Leonida more personalized. It could also give players more control over the music they hear while exploring the game’s open world.
Rockstar, however, has not confirmed Spotify integration for GTA 6, so the feature remains unverified for now.
The report comes as hype around GTA 6 continues to grow ahead of its release. Pre-orders for the game began at midnight on June 25, while Rockstar has also revealed the official cover art.
The game’s official price has also been revealed, with GTA 6 Standard Edition costing $79.99, while the Ultimate Edition will cost $99.99. The Ultimate Edition will include additional in-game content such as premium vehicles, exclusive weapons, special apparel, and other items.
Meanwhile, multiple well-known X accounts that track the gaming industry have claimed that GTA 6 has already surpassed 50 million pre-orders and generated more than $4 billion in revenue before its release.
Rockstar and Take-Two have not officially confirmed these figures. However, if accurate, GTA 6 could become one of the biggest entertainment launches in history before it even reaches players.
GTA 6 is scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026.
