NADRA has introduced self-service kiosks at most of its mega centers across Pakistan, allowing citizens to complete several identity-related requests without assistance.
Through these kiosks, people can now apply for renewal of their identity cards or NICOP, request replacement of lost or damaged cards, and even apply for cancellation of an identity card after the death of a family member.
The new system is aimed at making the process faster, easier, and more convenient for citizens visiting NADRA centers.
