JazzWorld, Pakistan’s leading integrated digital ServiceCo, has been awarded Best InsureTech at the inaugural Insurance Association of Pakistan and Pakistan Society of Actuaries International Insurance Conference 2026, in recognition of its role in advancing digital insurance and financial inclusion.
Speaking at the conference during a session titled “From Telco to ServiceCo: Building Pakistan’s Next Digital Financial and Insurance Ecosystem,” Farrukh H. Khan, Chief Financial Officer, JazzWorld, outlined how the company’s transformation into an intelligence-led ServiceCo is helping expand access to financial protection by embedding insurance into customers’ everyday digital experiences.
Highlighting Pakistan’s significant protection gap, Farrukh noted that insurance penetration remains below 1% of GDP, underscoring the need to make protection more accessible, affordable and easier to understand.
He said the future of insurance lies in integrating protection seamlessly into the digital services people already use, rather than treating insurance as a standalone product.

The Best InsureTech award recognizes JazzWorld’s contribution to the digital transformation of Pakistan’s insurance sector, including its efforts to broaden access to affordable and personalized protection through technology.
