The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the schedule for Pakistan’s five-match ODI tour of England, which will take place from 15 to 26 May 2027 as part of both teams’ preparations for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2027.
The World Cup is scheduled to be held across South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia from 4 October to 21 November 2027, making the series an important opportunity for both sides to fine-tune their squads ahead of the tournament.

The series begins in Southampton before moving to Manchester, Leeds, Chester-le-Street, and concludes in Cardiff.
Pakistan currently sit fifth in the ICC Men’s ODI Team Rankings, while England are ranked seventh. The series is expected to provide valuable match practice for both teams ahead of the global event.
Before touring England, Pakistan are currently playing a two-match Test series in the West Indies. They are also due to return to England next month for a three-match Test series scheduled from 19 August to 13 September.
Pakistan last played an ODI series in England in 2021, when the hosts completed a 3-0 clean sweep. Despite the defeat, Babar Azam finished as the series’ leading run-scorer with 177 runs, including a brilliant 158 in the third ODI.
England and Pakistan have faced each other in 91 One-Day Internationals. England hold the upper hand with 56 victories, while Pakistan have won 32 matches. The remaining three encounters ended in either a tie or no result.
