Vivo X300e Arrives With Flagship Specs Without Flagship Price

Vivo has officially launched the Vivo X300e in China, expanding its X300 series lineup. The new model joins the Vivo X300, Vivo X300 Pro, Vivo X300s, and Vivo X300 Ultra in the Chinese market.

While the Vivo X300 FE is part of the global X300 family, it has not been released in China.

Vivo X300e is also expected to arrive in Pakistan, though the company has not confirmed a launch as of yet.

Design and Display

The Vivo X300e features a 6.59-inch flat AMOLED display with a resolution of 2750 × 1260 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. The panel supports 10-bit color, the P3 wide color gamut, and up to 2,000Hz instant touch sampling in supported games.

It also includes 4320Hz PWM dimming, AI eye comfort features, SGS low blue light certification, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner that can unlock the phone even with wet fingers.

The phone is available in Moonlight White, Midnight Black, and Sunlight Orange. Depending on the color variant, it measures between 7.79mm and 7.99mm thick and weighs between 199.5g and 203g. It also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

Internals and Software

Powering the Vivo X300e is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.

The device runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6. Other features include stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor, VC cooling, NFC, an IR blaster, dual SIM 5G support, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port.

Cameras

The Vivo X300e is equipped with a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 front-facing camera with autofocus.

On the back, the phone features a ZEISS-backed triple-camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with OIS and up to 3x optical zoom.

The front camera, primary camera, and telephoto camera all support up to 4K video recording. Unlike other models in the X300 series, the X300e does not support Vivo’s telephoto extender accessory.

Battery and Pricing

The smartphone packs a large 7,200mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging.

The Vivo X300e is priced at:

  • 12GB + 512GB: $780

Note that these are Chinese prices and global price tags are expected to vary depending on the region.
