FGEHA Gives G-13, G-14 Residents 24 Hours to Remove Encroachments

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Directorate of Enforcement and Vigilance has issued a public notice directing residents of Islamabad’s G-13 and G-14 sectors to remove all encroachments from government land within 24 hours.

The authority said the directive applies to illegal constructions, sheds, fences, and any structures extending beyond approved property boundaries.

According to the notice, residents have been instructed to voluntarily clear all unauthorized structures within the specified deadline. The authority emphasized that the move is aimed at ensuring compliance with approved building limits and protecting public land from illegal occupation.

FGEHA warned that failure to comply with the notice will lead to strict legal action under the relevant laws and regulations. The authority stated that enforcement teams will initiate demolition operations against all unauthorized structures remaining after the expiry of the 24-hour deadline.

Officials further stated that no additional notice will be issued before enforcement action begins. Residents have therefore been urged to act promptly and remove any encroachments to avoid legal consequences and demolition of the structures.
