Ever since then, the company has only prospered and the reasons behind that were the clear goals of the founders. Nauman Mirza, after coming up with this venture, became the head of one of Pakistan’s largest e-commerce companies. The founder, Nauman Sikandar Mirza shared his dream of building great companies which have the ability to provide an amazing experience to the customers. It comes as a surprise that the CEO of foodpanda has announced the end of his journey with this company.

Nauman Mirza Moves On From His Role In Foodpanda

In a recent LinkedIn post addressed to friends and family, Nauman Mirza announces that he is to leave his role as the CEO and MD for foodpanda Pakistan.  He states that he is doing so in order to pursue other passions. Mirza states that he has been thinking about this for a long time. He feels like now is the right time to finally end his journey with foodpanda. Nauman Mirza shares his experience saying that since 2011, it has been no less than a roller coaster ride for him to build a food connection in Pakistan, then EatOye, and then foodpanda in Pakistan.

Nauman Mirza states that this venture was driven by the passion that he had to accomplish great things for himself and the country. In his post, the former CEO and MD of foodpanda mentions how grateful he is to all the restaurants, the riders, and all stakeholders. In addition to that, he also expresses his regards to his friends and family for their resolute support.

A Competent Leadership Team At Foodpanda

Nauman Sikandar Mirza is optimistic and very hopeful that foodpanda will grow and flourish at an extraordinary rate. He says that the company will achieve greater things in the future. He is sure about this because foodpanda is run by a great leadership team. This leadership team will surely keep in check the performance. Nauman Sikandar Mirza expresses his good intentions for foodpanda. He says that foodpanda will always hold a special place in his heart. Not only that, he will keep cheering for the company from the sidelines. He further states that he will always remain an enthusiastic user of foodpanda and prays for the success of the company. Nauman Mirza announced that his last day at foodpanda will be February 28^th, 2022. The announcement for the new leader is yet to be made.
