350 grams chicken boneless cubes
½ teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
½ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
Water as needed
4 – 5 medium tomatoes
½ tablespoon oil
1 small capsicum (cut in cubes)
3 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon red chili (crushed)
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon paprika powder
1 & ½ tablespoon tomato puree
1 cup chicken stock
¾ cup cream
350 grams penne pasta (boiled)
½ cup cheddar cheese (grated)
½ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
Dried parsley (as required)


  • Take a bowl, and add chicken along with paprika powder, garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, dried parsley, and oil. Mix everything well and leave the chicken for marination for 20 minutes.

  • To blanch the tomatoes, slightly cut the tomatoes with the help of a knife and add the tomatoes in boiling hot water for 3 – 4 minutes. Strain the tomatoes, remove the skin, and chop the tomatoes roughly.

  • In a chopper, add tomatoes and tomato puree. Chop them together until a paste is formed and set aside.
