Here is a complete process of applying for a JV Card at any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) near you:

Step 1: When you reach NADRA Registration Center, you will take a token and wait for your turn.

Step 2: You will be called to the counter upon your turn. One of the Parents/Guardians or Blood relatives should be present at the moment. Most of the process will be completed in this step:

  • You will present your parents’ documents to the officer for verification.
  • Officer will ask you to come forward for the photograph.
  • After Photograph, he will take your fingerprints as well as your signature.
