The procedure to check or download your electricity bill is explained below:
- Locate your reference number. When checking for online bills, you should always have your reference number written somewhere.
- You would have to enter a 14-digit Numerical Reference Number in given box.
- Double check your reference number for any discrepancies; you’d prefer to avoid mistakes, or you wouldn’t be able to timely locate your bill.
- After correctly entering your reference number, click on submit button.
- The system automatically generates your current electricity bill.
- Print your bill.
