How to Send Careem Credit
First, you need to update your Careem app to the latest version and then follow the steps given below.
- Open Careem app on your smartphone.
- Go to the send credit section.
- Enter the amount you want to send.
- After that, enter the recipient’s number or choose it from your contact list.
- Finally, tap on send to complete the transfer.
Note: Any Careem app user can top-up Careem balance via their Credit/debit card (Visa or Master).
Terms and Conditions
- Daily transaction limit is PKR 1500.
- The transaction is irreversible, once confirmed.
- You can only send credit to Careem users with the same currency.
- Careem credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
How to Add Credit in Careem Wallet
Read the following instructions to top-up your Careem balance.
- Open the Careem app on your smart device.
- On the home screen, you will see the “pay” option. Tap on it.
- In the next step, tap on “add credit”.
- Choose the top-up method. You can link your Visa or Master credit/debit card or use the redeem voucher.
- If you have the redeem voucher, then enter the voucher code otherwise add your card details by choosing card as the top-up method.
- Once the card details have been added, enter the amount you want to add to your Careem wallet.
- You will receive confirmation notification once the transaction is completed. You will see the amount added in your Careem Wallet.
