Muslims across Pakistan are observing the 13th fast of the holy month of Ramadan 2022 on Friday, 15th April. With different cities observing different timings for Sehri and Iftar, we have compiled the timings for today, 13th Ramadan 15th April, in major cities of Pakistan.
Friday in the month of Ramadan is of great significance. It is considered the holiest and the most blessed day of the week. The congregational prayer performed on this day holds great importance in the life of Muslims.
The importance of Friday prayer is described in the ninth and tenth verses of Surah Al-Jumu’ah:
O you who have faith! When the call is made for prayer on Friday, hurry toward the remembrance of Allah, and leave all business. That is better for you, should you know. And when the prayer is finished, disperse through the land and seek Allah’s grace, and remember Allah greatly so that you may be successful.
Sehri and Iftar Timings Today in Pakistan
Sehri time in Lahore will end at 4:09 AM, followed by Islamabad at 4:10 AM, while the residents of Karachi will have to finish their meals before 4:52 AM.
Similarly, Iftar time today will start at 6:32 PM in Lahore and its surrounding areas, followed by 6:39 PM in Islamabad. The city where Iftar will be observed last is Karachi with today’s Iftar time at 6:54 PM.
