5 Films That Made a Killing at the Pakistani Box Office

Which movie gained the top spot? Let’s find out!

Pakistani films

Pakistani cinema has been struggling to make a positive impact on its viewers. More so because the ban on Bollywood films also led to a significant loss in box office receipts.

Year 2019 was very challenging time for Pakistani cinemas, particularly due to the various obstacles they faced in attracting the masses. In fact, it was reported that cinemas faced a loss of over 35% from 2018.

Therefore, despite being successful in its own right, films from last year like Avengers: Endgame, Baaji, Superstar or Parey Hut Love didn’t make it to this list.
