The typography, illustration and graphic design artist recently took to his Instagram to share his work on the MIMIC series. The series was inspired by some of Picasso’s work.
Embodying his work through the cubist style art and bizarre facial features. Omar says,
This is an experimental project; making this series I have explored the new simplicity of shapes and forms to make a character’s inner expression which told the whole story.
There are many situations we have faced as a designer, I’m trying to illustrate these random situations in new trending style, but the main source of inspiration is definitely Picasso’s portraits.
