A young female employee at Awaz TV has spoken out about being harassed by TV Anchor Zohaib Zardari.
Awaz is a Sindhi News channel with its headquarters in Karachi. Zohaib Zardari, who runs the show Awaz is also one of the channel directors.
Recently, the employee in question released images of her conversations with the TV anchor, which alleged that Zohaib Zardari had asked her to come over for dinner and stay late.
Although the girl has chosen to remain anonymous, she wanted to reveal her interactions in order to raise awareness regarding what young women have to go through for something as simple as getting a job.
The messages reveal that the anchor continuously pushed the girl to dress up in costume for her interview, how the anchor also allegedly sent her explicit messages.
It is hoped that the authorities look into this matter and verify the facts of the matter.
