Usman Buzdar gets on the Internet’s bad side from time to time. But at present, netizens are impressed with the Chief Minister of Punjab’s off-road driving skills. A video of CM Punjab flaunting his driving skills on the track of Cholistan Rally 2021 has gone viral.
CM Punjab was actually only carrying out an inspection of the Cholistan Rally 2021 track. So people didn’t really get to see Usman Buzdar flaunt his rad driving skills at the actual Cholistan Desert Jeep Rally 16th edition.
CM @UsmanAKBuzdar himself drove and inspected the track of #CholistanRally2021 at Derawar Fort. From Deserts to Heritage Sites and more, South Punjab has huge potential for tourism.@DepttTourism pic.twitter.com/NKsrijKzLB

About Cholistan Rally 2021
This year the Cholistan Desert Rally was held from February 11 to 14. Over 100 racers from all over Pakistan participated in different categories. The rally route was extended to 500 kilometres and also included major forts of the desert, namely Dingarh, Marrot, Khan Garh, Bhijnot, Moujgarh and Jamgarh.
Sahibzada Sultan won Cholistan Rally 2021 while Mir Nadir Magsi and Jaffar Imran secured the second and third positions, respectively.
The Cholistan Desert Jeep Rally started back in 2005. Since then the event has progressed by leaps and bounds. The incumbent CM Punjab has shared plans to make it an international event.
However this time around the rally also encountered hiccups.

Many Netizens asked the CM to stick to real problems first and make better use of tax payers’ money.
Waste of time & money !!
Better he travels across Lahore & other major cities to inspect real problems of people like increasing trash & insane traffic !!— Faisal 🌐 (@LeftAvengers) February 14, 2021
