Veteran actress and performer Gul-e-Rana recently appeared as a special guest in an interview with Fuchsia Magazine. The Dunk star shared the experiences and challenges she faced after her divorce and how she overcame them.
When we look at the life of superstars, we tend to assume that they live just the perfect one. But we are mistaken. Many of them actually have to undergo a lot of struggle and challenges in life, to reach where they are now. During an interview, the Akhir Kab Tak star shared that her biggest challenge was bringing up her son Asim Azhar, as a single mother. She shares that it was not an easy job but it is useless to feel sorry about something which is already done.
How did she overcome the negativity?
The host asked the Cheekh star how she managed to overcome all the negativity and move on with her life. In response to which she clarified,
“We should not transfer the hatred in our children and ruin their lives and personalities. It is not fair to impose your liking or disliking on the child.”
She added,
“I want to give credit to one of the aunts of my son. She once said to me that our relations with Asim can never change and that touched my heart. I never stopped Asim to meet his father because his relation with his father can never end or change.”
The Raqs-e-Bismal star beautifully advised that we should cleanse our hearts from all the negativity and hatred and bring patience and hope in our lives.
