The melodious singer Aima Baig is making big strides in Pakistan’s music industry. The diva’s old interview resurfaced in which she revealed that she was offered to participate in India’s reality show Big Boss 13. The Agay Dekh crooner refused the offer due to the controversial nature of the show.
Aima Baig is one of the most trending Pakistani singers lately. Initially, the young diva was known for her brief time on Vasay Chaudhry’s show Mazaaq Raat. Aima’s work on the soundtrack for Lahore Se Aagey made her a household name. Since then, she has rocked the stage at every big music show including Coke Studio.
Recently the pop diva was featured in the Pakistan Super League 7 anthem “Agay Dekh” with Atif Aslam. This is Aima’s second feature for PSL, as 2021’s “Groove Mera” with Young Stunner also became a hit among fans. Not only that, Aima is rocking the charts with Pepsi’s “Sohna Tu” dance track.
People love Balma Bagora singer for her strong vocals, innocent face, and her sweet charms. Her old interview on an online web shows The Mushi Show came up in which the young singer revealed that she was offered to be a part of the Big Boss 13 show through a phone call. But she rejected the offer because she feared it would put her reputation at stake. She said
“I didn’t want to be a target on the show. Even though it would have been fun for my fans to see me locked inside the Bigg Boss House, I didn’t want that for myself. It was like putting my reputation at stake,”
It is not the first time Pakistani celebrities are invited to be a part of that controversial show. Before Aima, Sadia Imam, late Qandeel Baloch, and Meera were also invited. Celebs like Veena Malik, Begum Nawazish Ali became part of the reality show and were later targeted by many controversies.
