As Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Opposition parties take shots at each other, Fawad Chaudhry resorted to making misogynistic comments about Hina Rabbani Khar.
Offering his two cents about the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs with the new government, Fawad Chaudhry took to social media to criticize Hina Rabbani Khar and other members of the cabinet who took oath today.
He tweeted a video clip of the Foreign Minister during an interview with Al Jazeera journalist, Mehdi Hassan.
When you appoint a low IQ women whose only claim to fame is her Berkin bags and expensive eye shades such blunders ll become a norm, hope ll get rid of this lot sooner than later #ImportedGovernmentNamzanzoor pic.twitter.com/KCCkloO9kX

In the interview that Fawad Hussain shared, Hina Khar Rabbani said there were ‘waves of truth’ to the allegations of state support for terrorist groups. She asserted that while those were ‘relics of the past’, at least the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) government didn’t do so.
“Pakistan did not have the ability to take on every terror network within the region all at the same time, … As far as sponsoring and funding them was concerned, clearly I would like to believe that under our watch, that was not the policy direction at all,” she said.
Digging into her statement, the former federal minister for science and technology resorted to personal attacks against Hina Rabbani Khar.
If berkin bags and eye shades literally are the reflection of her time as a foreign minister then you can't do much.
And i bet how many times have you come across IK being mocked as a sexy man only that made him the PM. Wahan bhi aise hi defend krte the use?

Most Netizens including supporters of his own party slammed the former federal minister for his comments.
As a PTI voter, want to say such comments are unbecoming. She is a thorough professional who’s ‘claim to fame’ has been hard work, building a successful business, raising kids & empowering others. Not liking her in power is 1 thing but ridiculing her personally is quite another.

Netizens called out the misogynistic and sexist comments.
This is condemnable comment. @HinaRKhar is a capable and respectable woman. This is a disguised misogyny and a sexist mindset which will not be accepted. If you really think Women have less IQ, go check your own previous statements. #shameful https://t.co/NAHNSQsQ5d

You could've simply limited critique to her comments as you perceived them but you had to bring in her gender & trivialize her achievements by a misogynistic reference to her appearance (but IK's looks add to his statesmanship). This only shows growing desperation & pettiness. https://t.co/BZTh19AtBq

Dear @fawadchaudhry! Please stop commenting at women. These are clearly misogynistic and sexist remarks. And #Mard like you made misogyny as norm in our society. #RespectWomen https://t.co/jf90kEeqLM

Then there were people questioning the PTI government’s choice of ministers.
Fawad, do you know the reason why shah jee was foreign minister, a position he was clearly unfit for? https://t.co/uB4C4erFho pic.twitter.com/jXpVH2x37D
