The well-celebrated Bollywood composer and singer A R Rahman’s daughter Khatija Rahman recently got married to audio engineer Riyasdeen Shaik Mohamed. The Chayyia Chayyia singer shared some of the lovely clicks from the event with his fans and followers.
Allah Rakha Rahman aka A R Rahman (born, Dileep Kumar) is an Indian film composer, record producer, singer, and songwriter who works predominantly in Indian cinema (particularly Tamil and Hindi films) and occasionally international cinema.
In 2010, the Indian government awarded him the Padma Bhushan, the nation’s third-highest civilian award. Rahman won six National Film Awards, two Academy Awards, two Grammy Awards, a BAFTA Award, a Golden Globe Award, fifteen Filmfare Awards, and seventeen Filmfare Awards South.
Rahman is married to Saira Banu and they have three children Khatija, Rahima, and Ameen. Khatija Rahman made her singing debut in 2010 with a song for a Tamil movie. And recently in October 2020, she revealed the music video of her song Fariston which received huge appreciation from audiences.
And on the fifth of May Khatija Rahman tied the knot with her fiancé Riyasdeen Shaikh Mohammed in an intimate ceremony with some close friends and family. She shared some lovely pictures on her social media account and penned down a sweet caption,
”The most awaited day in my life. Married my man Riyasdeen”
