Sana Khan has been an inspiration for many out there. Being on the top of her game/ her career Khan left it all and set off on the path of Islam. That surely depicts a lot of courage and bravery. Sana devoted herself to walk the path of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala leaving it all behind!
Recently, in an interview, the former Bollywood actress shared her story and how she had a change of heart will give you chills.
“In my past life I had everything I had the name, I had fame, I had money. I could do anything I wanted but one thing that was missing was peace in my heart. I used to think there is everything but Why am I not happy?” she said.
Sharing her journey towards spirituality, Sana said that there were days of depression and anxiety, but I could see through the signs of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala until one day back in 2019 during Ramadan I had a dream
“I used to see a burning/blazing grave also, I used to see myself in it. Then I realized that it is a sign that if I do not change this is going to be my end. That is something that got me a little anxious”
She further shared that she used to listen to all these motivational Islamic speeches, read Islamic pieces and something she read struck her heart and caused her to transform completely.
She said that when a man dies their Janazah is covered in three cloths, but when a woman dies her Janazah is covered in five cloths. Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala doesn’t like even a dead woman’s body for people to see. Also even if you are dead Allah covers your head.
“You don’t want your last day to be your first day of hijab. That is something that touched me so deep” she added.
While talking Sana burst into tears and said
“Next morning I woke up on the day of my Birthday I put on a scarf and I thought to myself I will never remove it ever in my life again!”
Sana Khan left the showbiz industry for Islam and got married to Anas Syed. Sana and Anas had the privilege to perform Hajj this year together.
