The young Indian actress, Tunisha Sharma, allegedly committed suicide on the set of Sony SAB’s Ali Baba: Daastan-e-Kabul in her co-star and ex-boyfriend Sheezan Muhammad Khan’s makeup room on Saturday, and the Mumbai police have arrested him for abetment to suicide.
Her body was found hanging in a washroom after an extended tea break absence and was taken by the crew to a hospital around 1:30 AM, where she was declared dead.

Tunisha Sharma’s family alleged that Sheezan Khan had been cheating on her, which had led to her anxiety attacks and subsequent suicide.
However, no suicide note was recovered by the police.
As per the FIR, Tunisha Sharma and Sheezan Khan were in a relationship that ended 15 days prior to her death. She was reported to be stressed, which may have pushed her to take her life.
According to Times Now, she had suffered panic attacks on 16 December after learning about Sheezan Khan’s alleged affair.
It quoted her as repeatedly saying, “Sheezan had betrayed me. Sheezan had cheated on me,” while being treated for anxiety in the hospital.
The Vasai court in Mumbai has placed Sheezan Khan into police custody for four days and another co-actor, Parth Zutshi, was called by the police for interrogation on Sunday.

Parth Zutshi told journalists outside the police station that he was not on the set at the time of the event and remarked, “I can’t comment on her relationships since I don’t know anything about them. It was a personal matter of her”.
Police have so far recorded statements from 14 individuals, all of them are connected to Ali Baba: Dastaan-e-Kabul.
Tunisha Sharma started her acting career as a child actor in the Sony TV show, Bharat Ka Veer Putra — Maharana Pratap. She had featured in several shows and Hindi movies, most prominently playing the childhood roles of Katrina Kaif’s characters. She had also acted in the Bollywood films Dabangg, Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh, and Fitoor.
