Mehwish Hayat in Global Spotlight as She Shares Throwback Video for Ms. Marvel

From Ms. Marvel to London Nahi Jaunga, the Pakistani superstar ruled the hearts of fans worldwide.

Mehwish Hayat, the versatile Pakistani actress, recently shared her memories of working on the films Ms. Marvel and London Nahi Jaunga.

She shared a video on Instagram, commemorating all of the fun she had on set and all of the things she learned and experienced being part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The actress, who plays the role of Kamala Khan’s mother in Ms. Marvel and leading lady in London Nahi Jaunga, gave an in-depth look into the behind-the-scenes of both productions and shared her memories of the challenging and exciting journey.

One of the most interesting aspects of the conversation was Hayat’s discussion about her experience with the action sequences in Ms. Marvel. The actress said,

It was a great honor to be a part of such a historic moment for representation in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The role of Kamala’s mother was not only a great opportunity for me as an actress, but it also gave me a chance to represent Pakistani women in a positive light on a global platform

The diva also discussed the difficulties of shooting the film remotely owing to the COVID-19 epidemic. She stated,

It was definitely a challenge to shoot the film remotely, but the team behind Ms. Marvel made sure that we had everything we needed to make it work. It was a great learning experience, and I’m glad that the film turned out so well

One of the most interesting aspects of the conversation was Hayat’s discussion about her experience with the action sequences in Ms. Marvel. While sharing her experience, Mehwish Hayat stated,

I had to undergo intense training for the action sequences in Ms. Marvel. It was a new experience for me and I was excited to take on the challenge. I trained for several weeks in martial arts and stunts under the guidance of a professional trainer. It was physically demanding but it was all worth it to be able to perform those action sequences in the film

Furthermore, the Dil Lagi actress also shared her memories of shooting the romantic comedy London Nahi Jaunga, directed by Nabeel Qureshi.

She expressed her feelings by saying,

I had a lot of fun working on London Nahi Jaunga. The team behind the film is like a family to me and Nabeel is like a brother. It was a pleasure to work with the cast and crew and the film turned out to be an entertaining watch for the audiences

She also mentioned that these two movies are distinctive in their own way and provided her with an opportunity to demonstrate different aspects of her acting abilities as well as promote Pakistani cinema on a global scale.
