- 1 cup chili garlic sauce

For White Sauce:
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp butter
- 1 cup milk
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp white pepper
- Chili flakes, oregano, basil (to taste)
Steps:
- Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, and egg for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the flour and cornflour. Dip the marinated chicken in the flour, then in chilled water, and back in the flour for extra crispiness.
- Deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
- For the red sauce, combine water, chili garlic sauce, chili flakes, and hot sauce in a pan. Mix in the fried chicken.
- For the white sauce, melt butter, add flour, and gradually mix in milk. Season with black pepper, salt, white pepper, and herbs. Cook until thickened and pour over the chicken.
Bread Rolls
Ingredients:
- 500g boiled chicken
- 1 large potato
- 1 tbsp vinegar (sirka)
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- ½ tbsp chili powder
- ½ tbsp white pepper
- Bread slices
- Bread crumbs (for coating)
Steps:
- Boil the chicken and potato, then mash them together.
- Mix in vinegar, soy sauce, salt, chili flakes, chili powder, and white pepper.
- Cut the edges off the bread slices and dip them in water. Press to flatten.
- Place the chicken mixture on the bread, roll it up, and coat it with bread crumbs.
- Freeze for later use or fry until golden brown.
White Sauce Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 packet pasta
- 500g boneless chicken
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup capsicum (sliced)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1 liter milk
- ½ tbsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp white pepper
- Chili flakes, paprika, oregano, basil, thyme (to taste)
- Cheese (to taste)
Steps:
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté ginger-garlic paste. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add water, salt, and black pepper. Stir in marinated capsicum and chili flakes.
- In another pan, melt butter, add flour, and gradually whisk in milk. Season with spices and bring to a boil.
- Mix in cheese until melted, then combine with the chicken and pasta.
Marie Biscuits Delight
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of cream
- ½ cup condensed milk (or to taste)
- 1 packet Marie biscuits
- Mixed fruits or fruit cocktail (for decoration)
Steps:
- In a bowl, mix the cream and condensed milk until smooth.
- Crush the Marie biscuits and layer them in a dish.
- Spread the cream mixture over the biscuits and top with mixed fruits.

Ingredients:
- 8-10 boiled eggs
