Veteran actress and host Mishi Khan has taken a bold stand, addressing the silence of several prominent Pakistani celebrities amid the recent India-Pakistan conflict.
In a candid video, she has called out the lack of support from figures like Ayeza Khan, Hania Aamir, Fawad Khan, and others during one of the most challenging periods in Pakistan’s history. This comes as tensions escalated following India’s unprovoked attack on Pakistan, including the recent Operation Sindoor, which targeted Pakistani territory.
The conflict saw India launch 24 missile strikes on Pakistan, killing 17 and injuring 60, prompting a strong retaliation from Pakistan with Operation Bunyan Ul Marsoos. The Pakistan Air Force’s downing of six Indian Rafale jets highlighted the nation’s resilience.
Yet, while the country stood united, some celebrities remained conspicuously quiet, drawing Mishi’s ire. In her video, she not only called out these stars but tagged them directly—Ayeza Khan, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Fawad Khan, Hania Aamir—shaming them for acting as if nothing happened and fawning over their Indian fanbase.
This is despite India banning their social media accounts, a move that underscores the irony of their silence out of fear of losing Indian followers.
Mishi went further, dropping formal respect by addressing them with “Tum” instead of “Ap,” stating they don’t deserve courtesy for abandoning Pakistan in its hour of need.
