When someone asked Ira Khan if she was in a relationship, she posted a picture of her with Mishaal Kirpalani. That pretty much confirms her relationship with the musician.

As for Ira’s own career, she wants to be a filmmaker. Aamir Khan revealed in his recent appearance on Koffee with Karan that Ira wants to be a filmmaker.
He also revealed that both Ira and Junaid are interested in pursuing a career in showbiz.
India Today quoted Aamir making a similar statement;
“I’m not quite sure what she has in mind, but I suspect that she likes the world of cinema and film-making,”
