As Aamir Liaquat’s third wife filed for divorce, people are not holding back from trolling the former Minister of National Assembly (MNA). So what about Aamir Liaquat and his marriages?
The Pakistani politician always managed to stay in the headlines, often not for the best of reasons. One reason for his popularity is his marital status or divorce status to be specific.
Three years, and three divorces later, here’s a look at the several marriages and wives of Aamir Liaquat.
Dania Shah – Third Wife
Aamir Liaquat married his third wife Dania Shah in February 2022. The former senator sparked massive controversy when he announced his third marriage to an 18-year-old.
Only a couple of months into the marriage rumors of a rift between the two emerged. Initially, when the divorce rumors emerged, Dania Shah, Aamir Liaquat’s third wife denied the speculation.
At the time, Aamir Liaquat blamed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for the rumors.
“I vehemently deny all the rumors that PTI and its mercenaries are spreading that I have parted ways with Dania. We love each other immensely. I warned PTI and their rented goons. Don’t enter in my home, otherwise nothing will be left,” he tweeted
However, there is a divorce hearing on June 7th, 2022 to decide the matter, as Dania has indeed filed for divorce.
Syeda Tuba Anwar
Liaquat was previously married to Tuba Anwar who sought divorce from him the same month he married Dania. However, Netizens suspected trouble in paradise as early as November 2021 when she dropped Aamir from her name on social media.
The two got married in December 2019 and the wedding pictures took the Internet by storm.
Previously, rumors of a rift emerged when model Hania Khan alleged that she is Aamir Liaquat’s third wife. The two had not been seen together in a while. Though Aamir Liaquat did post a video of her in an endearing exchange.
That didn’t really make the hype around Hania Khan go away. The politician never really addressed her allegations and let Netizens get over it on their own.
On the other hand, both the Karachi-based politician and Dania Shah claimed that Tuba is still his wife and that the divorce never happened.
Syeda Bushra
Much like the ugly situation with his current limbo between Tuba and Dania, there was a similar tension between both his daughter Dua Aamir, ex-wife Bushra and Syeda Tuba.

Later Dua continued lashing out at her stepmother until the emerging actress finally told off the teen in a cryptic tweet.

However, this is not the end. Based on some leaked texts from the former PTI member, he’s on the prowl for another wife. His prerogative is to marry young girls and ‘save them from sin’.
