Bollywood’s three Khans are being threatened to issue anti-Pakistan statements. The artists are receiving threatening calls demanding that they instigate hate speech on social media platforms.
Amid escalating Indo-Pak tensions during the past few weeks, Bollywood was quick to warmonger. The House of Khans did not pitch into the hate-mongering but now they’re being threatened to do so.
Nationalism in Bollywood
Even Bollywood is an industry plagued with Indian nationalists. Not only have they placed a ban on Pakistani artists working in India, but they’re also being pressured to spread hate speech.
These radical nationalists pressurizing industries are particularly active in light of the upcoming elections.
Media reports revealed that ‘Hindutva zealots have been assigned tasks to instigate hate speech against Pakistan‘. These hate campaigns are specifically targeted at Muslim artists. The artists are being forced to disseminate messages of hate to prove their ‘loyalty.’
This includes Bollywood’s big leagues such as Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Salman Khan.
Paid to Peddle Propaganda
An India media outlet already exposed the fact that Bollywood stars are paid to further political propaganda.

Now, Indian Muslim artists are receiving threatening phone calls from unknown numbers, in an attempt to force them to incite hate speech against Pakistan. These artists have reported these incidents.
The scariest part is that these Hindutva zealots are proudly announcing that they’re threatening Muslim artists.
A handful of Indian journalists are blowing the whistle on these pressure tactics. They revealed that the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) is employing these propagandist techniques. The objective, of course, is to secure victory in the elections. BJP is known for running campaigns on anti-Pakistan sentiment and anti-Muslim card.
The Indian government has also come under criticism from around the world but the hate fervor has not toned down. Instead he right-wing politicians are using Indian media for spreading hatred through tv programs.
The artists of the industry are being bullied into the dirty politics for creating an anti-Pakistan hysteria. Otherwise they will face the worst kind of boycott, even bodily harm.
