Humayun Saeed is definitely a conventional ‘hero’ for always managing to get the girl despite all odds. His friend Adnan Siddiqui has quite a sense of humor about this.
After unintentionally becoming the first meme of the year 2022, the Ghughi creator recently took a playful jibe at fellow actor and friend Humayun Saeed.
Adnan Siddiqui shared a throwback from 2015, a clip from the movie Jawani Phir Nahi Ani where his friend kind of low-key trolled him. He then captioned the post;
“What do you have against me, Humayun Saeed:)?
You always walk away with the girl irrespective that I wooed her better than you, you get to mouth the best dialogues, even thrash me in my office, get seetis [whistles] for that and now this?! Kyun bhai? Why did you reduce me to a mere photograph?”
He then pointed his friend in the direction of diversifying the protagonists of the films he produces. Particularly to cast the Ye Dil Mera actor.
“All I wish for in 2022 is that you produce a film where I m the lead actor and you are there as a painting or photograph on the wall. Ah! The thought itself is so delightful😘”
The clip was of a scene where Humayun Saeed, who plays a divorce lawyer, argues that a man who has changed drastically after marriage lost more to the marriage. The scene then depicts former and current photos of the client and his wife pre-marriage. The photos feature a younger version of Adnan Siddiqui as the man’s former looks.
The Mom star made a reference to the 2019 drama Meray Paas Tum Ho, where Adnan Siddiqui has an extra-marital affair with Ayeza Khan’s character. Only to have her go back to her husband, played by Humayun Saeed.
