‘The Legend of Maula Jatt’ Advance Bookings to Open on Friday

Pakistan’s biggest film of the year is set to hit cinemas around the world soon!

Pakistan’s most anticipated film after the pandemic, The Legend of Maula Jatt, is finally being released on 13 October in leading cinemas across the country, and advance bookings for tickets will open on Friday, 30 September, at 7 PM.

The movie will also be released simultaneously in the UAE, Australia, the US, the UK, and other countries. Meanwhile, the biggest cinema in Norway is already sold out for the premiere of The Legend of Maula Jatt.

The movie is being released after the creators won a lengthy legal battle for it, and its promoters recently announced its clearance of the film from the Sindh Censor board on social media. The coveted clearance certificate will help the producers to obtain similar certificates from other regional boards as well.

The filmmakers have teamed up with Geo Films as their presenting partner and the movie will be locally distributed by Nadeem Mandviwalla of Mandviwalla Entertainment. On the other hand, it will be circulated internationally by MovieGoers Entertainment.

The movie was directed by Bilal Lashri and produced by the talented Ammara Hikmat under the joint venture with Encylomedia and Lashari Films in Association with AAA Motion Pictures.

Lashari picked some of the finest talents for this high-budget film, including Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaima Malick, and Gohar Rasheed.

The Legend of Maula att is reportedly a ‘hard reboot’ of the 1979 classic Maula Jatt, remade with international standard VFX expertise. The story revolves around Maula Jatt and his rival Noori Natt.

The first looks of the characters have already created hype all around even across the border and we are really on the edge of our seats to watch this amazing magnum opus.
