Here we go again. Ajay Devgn has been trolled time and time again for overdoing the patriot act, but it seems like he never learns. Now he’s being trolled for his film about Galwan Valley.
Bollywood actor and filmmaker Ajay Devgn announced that he would make a film on Indian forces’ humiliating defeat at the hands of China in eastern Ladakh’s Galwan valley on June 15. Naturally, Twitter was in fits over the news.
IT'S OFFICIAL… #AjayDevgn to make film on #GalwanValley clash… The film – not titled yet – will narrate the story of sacrifice of 20 #Indian army men, who fought the #Chinese army… Cast not finalized… Ajay Devgn FFilms and Select Media Holdings LLP will produce the film. pic.twitter.com/yaM6rPcK7Z

Pakistani Twitter was bound to troll him but not even Indian Twitter held back.

How will Ajay Devgn’s FFilms and Select Media Holdings LLP mold that defeat into a tale of heroism?
Indians called out the Golmaal actor for trying to cash in on India’s misery.

Why can't they just release a statement of what happened? Why have to go through a whole movie and pay to know the details?
These guys are now profiting of selling nationalism now that the whole country is going to these pseudo nationalists twitter ppl

There were jokes about the cast. Aamir Khan might as well play a tree, like ScarJo suggested.

Indian Twitter even suggested titles and script details, just so that Ajay can get the story ‘straight.’

This isn’t the first time the Bhuj: Pride of India actor was trolled for his ultra-nationalistic stance.
Previously Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar were trolled for tweeting in support of the Indian government’s false claims of a ‘surgical strike‘ inside Pakistan. Before that Ajay Devgn announced he wouldn’t release his film Total Dhamaal in Pakistan when India accused Pakistan of the Pulwama attack in Kashmir.
That might sound cute but Pakistan already had a Bollywood ban in place for a while at that point.
