If you are a 90’s kid, you must remember PTV’s iconic drama ‘Alpha Bravo Charlie’ – the epic story of three friends who join the Pakistan Army. The show created waves worldwide and won millions of hearts with its unique storyline and fantastic cast.
Colonel Qasim Khan, aka Captain Gulsher, recently appeared in a TV show. During the interview, he mentioned that he, Abdullah Mehmood, and Faraz Inam are still good friends.
He hinted that the three friends are planning a project together, which will include all three of them.
‘We’re working on it’
“We have plans to do a project that includes all three of us,” he revealed on the show.
Khan mentioned that the female lead, Shahnaz Khawaja had moved to the US, but stays in touch with him.
“She came to Peshawar and did social work on the Army Public School project,”
Colonel Khan, who has now retired from the army, was one of the most-loved characters in the ISPR-presented telefilm. The moment of Captain Gulsher’s unfortunate death on TV remains to be one of the most emotional scenes from the show.
Alpha Bravo Charlie was based on a true story. The drama was co-produced by legendary director Shoaib Mansoor and ISPR.
