One of the most exciting talents in the showbiz, Amar Khan has been making waves in the entertainment industry ever since she made her debut in the 2017 short film Chashm-e-Num that she wrote herself.
The young starlet is the daughter of veteran actress Fareeha Jabeen. She has written and starred in several critically acclaimed projects such as Akkad Bakkad, Dard-e-Dil, Azaad Masi and Black Wednesday, which earned the award for Best Film in Peace Category at the International Film Awards.

Born in Lahore, Amar graduated as a filmmaker from Beaconhouse National University. She initially ventured into making engrossing short films. Amar received so much praise and acclaim for her work that producers and directors immediately asked her to star in their TV projects such as Dil-e-Besharam and Choti Choti Baatien.

She is currently working on an upcoming feature film Dum Mastam directed by Ehtesham Uddin. Amar did not only write the project herself, but will star opposite actor Imran Ashraf.
