After a short hiatus, Baaji star Amna Ilyas is returning to television with a new drama. The actress will be seen alongside Junaid Khan, Emmad Irfani, and Aiza Awan in an upcoming Express TV drama serial.
Taking to her Instagram, Amna Ilyas shared the character teasers and announced her new project.
“It gives me immense pleasure to release teasers of my upcoming project for @entexpresstv x @bigbang.entertainment,” she wrote.
Amna will be seen playing the role of Aleeza, whereas Aiza will be playing the character of Areesha. From the teasers, we assume that the two will be playing sisters who come from a poor family.
On the other hand, Junaid Khan will be seen as Maaz and Emmad Irfani will be portraying the role of Hasan, who is not only rich but is deeply in love with Areesha.
The teasers also hint at a typical love triangle and a class clash as Areesha says,
“I was born poor, but I wont die poor.”
In order to get rich, will she betray her loved ones? Only time will tell. The title of the drama is not revealed yet but is expected to go on air next month.
