Losing a parent is hard for anyone. Even years after losing her father, Ayesha Omar is still grieving.
The Kaaf Kangana actress penned a heartfelt note on her father’s death anniversary. In an Instagram post, Ayesha Omar shared pictures of her late father and family.

Ayesha Omar had been almost two years old at the time. While the Bulbulay actress never saw her father she feels his presence around her.
“I hope Abbu’s soul is looking down at us and smiling. With pride and contentment. Please say a little prayer for his soul today, and for me, for Allah to always protect me and guide me.”
She even touched on her mother’s struggles as a single parent.
“As most of you know, mom never remarried and raised me and my brother up single-handedly, fighting the worst of odds and navigating through life’s toughest roads. It hasn’t been easy. But it’s made us who we are. And I’m so so proud of my family. Each one of us.”
Aside from her brother, the Lahore Sey Agay starlet’s father also left behind her two half-siblings. The actress has a good relationship with those two siblings as well.
These half-siblings are older than the starlet as they are from her father’s first marriage.
