Betiyaan stars Fatima Effendi, Tania Hussain, and Mah-e-Noor Haider shared a hilarious behind-the-scenes (BTS) clip from the set of the hit ARY Digital drama serial on Thursday.
The reel went viral on social media as netizens adored the three starlets’ playful shenanigans on the set.
In the throwback clip, Fatima Effendi chokes Mah-e-Noor Haider, saying, “Esne mujhe bohat tang kiya dramay mei (She annoyed me the most in the drama serial),” while Tania Hussain is busy taking selfies on her phone.
The two Betiyaan stars agreed, however, that their co-star Tania Hussain, who played Ayeza on the show is “the most self-centered person on set and the most entertaining too”.
Tania reposted the clip on her Instagram, reminiscing about the fond memories from the recently concluded drama serial. She wrote in the caption,
I miss my Betiyaan fam 🥺❤️
Betiyaan was a story about an affectionate father, Laiq Ahmed (played by Mohammad Ahmed), facing immense hardship and struggle for the love of his five daughters, Fiza (Fatima Effendi), Aiza (Mah-e-Noor Haider), Hania (Qudsia Ali), Anum (Tanya Hussain), and Komal (Emaan Khan). The HUM TV drama serial was written by Asma Sayani with Director Messam Naqvi.
Although Betiyaan came to its satisfying conclusion last month, the show’s two stars, Fatima Effendi and Tanya Hussain, got to work together once again in the ARY Digital series Muqaddar Ka Sitara.
Fatima Effendi is a popular actress and model who started working in the entertainment industry in 2001 as a child actress in the drama serial Chal Jhooti. The 30-year-old has turned into a household name with stellar performances in shows like Munafiq, Aye Dil Tu Bata, Zindaan, Kash Mai Teri Beti Na Hoti, and Baji.
Tania Hussain is a young, up-and-coming model and actress. The 25-year-old is no stranger to the glitz and glamour of the showbiz industry as she is the daughter of renowned supermodel and media personality Natasha Hussain.
Mah-e-Noor Haider is also another promising starlet on the rise. She is best known for her role in drama serial Aulaad and in films Parchi and Teefa In Trouble. The 27-year-old is also an entrepreneur with her own fashion brand called Zyre.
