BTS Fan Plasters Jung Kook Posters All Over Karachi

K-pop fever takes over Gulistan-e-Johar.

The world renowned artist, Jung Kook has kicked off his solo era with a bang and K-pop fever has taken over Gulistan-e-Johar as a BTS fan plastered “Seven” posters all over Karachi.

In an extraordinary display of devotion, Alina H, a dedicated BTS ARMY member for six years, took it upon herself to promote Jung Kook’s solo debut by strategically placing “Seven” posters across the ‘City of Lights’.

With the support of her father, Alina successfully showcased the posters in prominent locations, including the Pedestal Bridge opposite Karachi University, Universal Medicos, Kamran Chowrangi, and other well-frequented spots. Now that’s dedication!

Explaining her motivation, Alina shared,

Many countries have seen ‘Seven‘ posters, either officially distributed by their company or solely put up by ARMYs out of love for Jung Kook. However, Pakistan hadn’t done it yet, so I felt the urge to go ahead and put a few around my city, Karachi.

The response to the poster campaign exceeded Alina’s expectations, as the Gulistan-e-Johar area embraced the initiative with open arms. Fans enthusiastically shared pictures of the posters on social media platforms, generating a wave of excitement and anticipation.

Alina even shared a cute anecdote about a man who approached her and her father, inquiring about the posters and suggesting additional locations near the Millennium Mall area to reach a larger audience.

The dedication of local ARMY members in supporting their favorite K-pop group is admirable. Alina highlighted various initiatives undertaken by Pakistani ARMYs, such as celebrating BTS’ anniversaries and birthdays, organizing LED ad displays in malls and billboards, and making donations in the members’ names.

Undeterred by criticism or negative opinions, Alina emphasized the confidence and pride that Pakistani ARMYs have developed in promoting BTS. Over time, they have become vocal supporters, disregarding any skepticism and focusing on their unwavering love for the group.

This isn’t the first time a BTS fan has gone out of their way to show love for South Korean artist as not so long ago, Jung Kook’s fans from Gujrawala wished him Happy Birthday in the most grand way possible.

Jung Kook’s solo debut started today with the music video premiere of “Seven”, which has garnered millions of view within a few hours.

The single features a surprise collaboration with renowned rapper Latto and presents a chilled and high-energy vibe that has earned it a strong contender status for the “songs of the summer” category.
