Ramadan special Chaudhry and Sons create buzz on social media with its every coming episode. Fans are gushing over to see the pairing of powerhouse Ayeza Khan and Imran Ashraf in this rom-com serial. Powerpack performances of the cast and hilarious dialogues are making us roll in fits.
Chaudhry and Sons’ storyline is written by dramatist Saima Akram Chaudry. Directed by maestro Wajaht Hussain. The serial is a romantic comedy that shows the typical family system in Pakistan. The characters Billu (Imran Ashraf) and Pari (Ayeza Khan) are portraying an interesting contrast.
Last night the second episode came up on our television screens and gained 700K views in less than 12 hours. The recent episode shows the grandsons of Chaudhry Dildar are following their grandfather’s footsteps and picking up fights at their institutions. And on the other hand, Pari’s grandmother is looking for a match for her but she rejects everyone because like all the other girls she wanted to marry a handsome person.
Apart from these funny scenes and hilarious plots, there is another serious matter highlighted in this serial which is marriage issues outside a similar cast or ‘baradari’. In the serial, a middle-aged Billu’s uncle is still single because of this rigid caste problem.
