Chupke Chupke, Suno Chanda, and Ishq Jalebi famed writer Saima Akram Chaudhry, has issued a public statement, requesting her fans to stop calling her at odd hours.

While the writer appreciates all the love and appreciation pouring in, it’s too ‘irritating’ for her to receive calls at midnight. Taking to her social media, she wrote,

“Dear fans, viewers and followers, I know you loved #ChupkeChupke, #IshqJalebi and #SunoChanda. I am really grateful to all but it’s not possible for me to take your Instagram calls and talk to everyone. Please accept my apologies and don’t call directly. Trust me, it’s too irritating and it’s really unethical to call someone at midnight.”

It seems that people have been contacting her to ‘give them a chance in showbiz’ as well.

“I can’t give you a chance in showbiz as it’s not my department. I am just a writer not a production head in any channel.”

Moreover, Saima Akram Chaudhry also busted rumors on the production of the sequels for her super hit television shows.

“Channels are not planning for Season 2 or Season 3.”
