While politicians are just people too, seeing them indulge in the most simple things tend to throw us off. Perhaps that’s why a video of former chief minister (CM) of Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK) dancing to a Bollywood song went viral. What do you think of former CM IoK’s moves?
A video clip of the former CM IoK Farooq Abdullah grooving to a Bollywood song is making rounds on social media. The veteran politician can certainly rock the dance floor even at his age.
Based on what people had to say online the festivities were apparently at India’s Punjab Chief Minister Amrinder Singh’s granddaughter.
The 83-year-old busted some smooth moves to the Bollywood song ‘Aaj Kal Tere Mere Pyar Ke Charche‘.
The former minister can be seen casually grooving as the Indian minister sings along to the song. The sight has amused many online.

Farooq Abdullah dancing at Capt Amarinder Singh’s granddaughter’s wedding. Admirable energy and joie de vivre at 83 and after a couple of major surgeries. pic.twitter.com/iNZyQWXciq

Not all were appeased. Some are even digging up dirt on former CM IoK, Farooq Abdullah’s governance.
Here he is, Farooq Abdullah, also known as "Wazir e Disco", for his long history of enjoying dancing, nightclubs, and even golf, while Kashmir burned during his reign as chief minister. The stench of massive corruption & the blood of Kashmiri Pandits is still on his hands. https://t.co/zsEf6HQZ4z

Then of course there were the conspiracies.
Who would’ve ever thought that Farooq Abdullah dancing to “Aaj kal tere mere pyaar ke charche har zabaan par” was a part of madrasa culture! https://t.co/tnFmYH1bJy

Good dancing Farooq Abdullah. May be there is an alliance in the offing. https://t.co/vab0abz5Ls

Politicians also have a life outside of politics. They should not be judged over what they do in their personal sphere of life. Sounds like they are just regular people. Especially when it comes to showing off dance moves at the wedding. Why do you think is the former CM IoK’s dance video getting unnecessary hype?
Maybe the veteran politician’s smooth moves are what caused all the hype. Let us know what you think in the comment section.
