Dance Group ‘QuickStyle’ Wins YouTube Golden Play Button

A victory they truly deserved.

The world-famous Norwegian dance group, Quick Style, gained popularity in Pakistan after appearing on Coke Studio’s hit song, Kana Yaari, this year, was awarded YouTube’s coveted Golden Play Button yesterday for reaching one million followers.

The members of the crew posed with the award and posted pictures on Instagram for their millions of followers. They credited their success to their fans in the caption which read,

This is yours and the team that has been part of our journey since 2006. Thank You ❤️

Quick Style was recently in Pakistan for a countrywide tour on the invitation of Coke Studio, and visited many places in addition to having a meet-and-greet session and meeting local celebrities, including Mahira Khan.

The dance crew also attended an event by Coke Studio where they met the Kana Yaari artistes as well.

It even came up with a short video of a piece of choreography to Abrar-ul-Haq’s hit song, Nach Punjaban.

 

Quick Style, is a Norwegian hip-hop/urban dance group formed by the Pakistani-Norwegian twin brothers, Suleman Malik and Bilal Malik, and their Thai-Norwegian childhood friend, Nasir Sirikhan. The dance crew rose to fame when they won ‘Norway’s Got Talent’ in 2009, which led them to be signed up by Sony Music.

Quick Style has collaborated with many international A-list celebrities and has even choreographed for BTS.
