Did Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar and Iffat Omar End Their Fight?

The popular model and actress has agreed to join Khalil’s upcoming film.

It has been a while since host and actress Iffat Omar called out Mere Pass Tum Ho writer Khalil ur Rehman. The popular actress went after Khalil in an interview that went viral.

However, things seem to be cooling down as Iffat Omar is finally on-board to work in Khalil ur Rehman Qamar’s upcoming film London Nahi Jaunga.

Iffat Omar slams Khalil-ur-Rehman.

Iffat shared her views on Khalil not too long ago. She publicly slammed the controversial writer for disrespecting senior actors and making a film such as Kaaf Kangana.

She said,

“Khalil ur Rehman has dissed our senior veteran actors publicly. How dare he talk this way about someone who has spent their whole lives in this industry! You cannot say just about anything that comes to your mind. He wasted ISPR’s money on Kaaf Kangana. He has wasted the tax payer’s money! He should be held accountable for that. It was such a low quality film. So yes I suggested ISPR that there should be a ban on this man temporarily.”

In response to the comments, Khalil replied:

“Iffat Omar is also like my younger sister. She said some distasteful things about me. May God forgive her. Beta, you shouldn’t say such things. She made some mean comments on my film. It wasn’t nice. It doesn’t suit her caliber.”

Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar

It seemed unlikely that Iffat or Khalil would make peace, much less work together in Khalil’s upcoming film.

But stranger things have happened. Some fans are glad that the tiff between the two is over. After Khalil ur Rehman Qamar extended his hand of friendship towards Saba Hameed, she joined the cast of London Nahi Jaunga.

Nadeem Baig’s directorial film is possibly one of the most anticipated films of this year. The film features stars like Mehwish Hayat, Kubra Khan as well as Humayun Saeed, Sohail Ahmed and Saba Hameed.

With Iffat Omar now onboard and part of the cast, we can expect a potential blockbuster this year. The film is slated for an Eid-ul-Azha release.
